John is currently the MD of Cohen & Company Asset Management and has sat on the board of innovative insurtechs such as Metromile.

Divya leads backend development at Inaza, driving technical strategy and delivering scalable, high-performance systems. She oversees core engineering operations and ensures the reliability and growth of key infrastructure.

Gerry was previously Executive Vice President for Individual Customer with Great-West Life in Canada. He was also CEO of Irish Life Financial Services.

A seasoned C-suite executive with over 25 years’ experience, including 15 years as CEO/CFO, who has consistently driven profitable growth and business transformation across diverse sectors and now focuses on helping founders achieve their growth ambitions.

Tianfeng brings deep insurance expertise and a global perspective, shaped by her work across Germany, the U.S., Portugal, and China. With experience spanning operations, strategy, and investment, she leads Inaza’s European growth with a focus on building strong, cross-border partnerships and delivering results through intelligent automation.

Conor McDonald, as the Head of Technology, possesses extensive expertise in tech innovation and strategy, underpinned by a solid foundation in computer science. His role involves leading technological advancements and managing complex IT projects, leveraging his deep technical knowledge and experience.
